Chaque s\u00e9ance comprend des exercices de pr\u00e9paration (Ji Ben Gong pour se relaxer, s\u2019assouplir, s\u2019\u00e9tirer, r\u00e9guler son souffle, r\u00e9tablir les alignements corporels) et l\u2019\u00e9tude de la Longue Forme selon les niveaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre \u00e9cole est structur\u00e9e autour de la Longue Forme Classique de l\u2019Ecole Yang, d\u00e9roulement conscient et continu de 108 mouvements. Son \u00e9tude et sa pratique constituent un puissant vecteur de sant\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9quilibre. C\u2019est le premier stade de la pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un deuxi\u00e8me stade, le Tai-Ji Quan contient le travail avec partenaire (Tui Shou, Da Lu, San Shou). Fond\u00e9s sur une structure martiale pr\u00e9cise, les encha\u00eenements \u00e0 deux (ou combin\u00e9s \u00e0 deux) sollicitent le d\u00e9passement de la peur, de l\u2019agressivit\u00e9 et de la comp\u00e9tition pour aboutir \u00e0 une relation de coop\u00e9ration, \u00e9largissant la conception de soi-m\u00eame et du monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Progressivement, au travers des exercices avec partenaires, le Tai-Ji Quan appara\u00eet comme un art \u00abrelationnel\u00bb qui d\u00e9veloppe la confiance en soi, la tol\u00e9rance, la vigilance et l\u2019\u00e9coute intuitive de la relation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Tai Ji Quan inclut \u00e9galement des pratiques avec armes, chacune faisant travailler un syst\u00e8me \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique particulier. Il est souvent prudent de d\u00e9marrer par le Dao yin qi gong, plus simple \u00e0 aborder, plus facilement relaxant et r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abLe Tai Ji Quan d\u00e9veloppe l\u2019unit\u00e9 de la personne. M\u00e9ditation, art martial, art du mouvement, entra\u00eenement de la d\u00e9tente et de la respiration, le Tai Ji Quan est tout cela. Mais, dans son essence, il demeure myst\u00e9rieux.
